If your question(s) is/are complex, involve modifications to your care plan, or require records/test review, please reach out to make an appointment to discuss. The portal is limited, and we cannot address complex or time-consuming questions here, but we are happy to help you during a scheduled follow-up appointment.

WENDY: Questions about onboarding as a new patient, membership, resources, billing, and situations impacting your patient experience 

SIDNEY: Questions about massage therapy services
